Legal opinions on property title, and any legal advice, are given only by an enrolled advocate. Our associated advocate, presently Adv. Mohan Kumar R, B.Sc (Agri), LL.B., gives and signs such opinions under a separate professional engagement with the client and bills the professional fee directly. V Legal's role is limited to collecting documents and records and coordinating.
