Raise EC and CC applications, deed drafting, presence-less and SRO registration, Bank MOD and discharge, and loan facilitation from inside the property. Follow every request, message our team, and receive finished documents in the same place.
Pay only for what you use
Prepaid credits: 1 credit = ₹1 of our service charge, GST added when you buy credits. The cost is shown before you send a request; credits are held, charged only when the work is done, and returned if it is cancelled. A full passbook is always visible.
Give your staff limited access
Create logins for your staff as Viewer, Uploader or Manager, and choose which properties each person can see. Three staff logins are free. Every action is recorded under the person's name.
Private, and stored in India
Documents are stored privately in Mumbai, opened only through short-lived secure links. An activity log shows who signed in, viewed, uploaded or deleted what. Mobile and email changes are confirmed with a one-time code.

1 credit = ₹1 of our service charge. GST at the applicable rate is added when you buy credits, and a receipt is issued for every purchase. Credits are held when you request a service, charged only when it is completed, and returned if it is cancelled. Frequently asked questions
Is my data safe in the Property Vault?
Documents are stored privately in India (Mumbai). Only you, the staff you authorise and our authorised personnel can open them, through short-lived secure links. Every sign-in, view, upload, deletion and request is recorded in an activity log you can see.
How do I get an account?
Ask us on WhatsApp or by phone. Our office creates your login and sends you a link to set your own password. You accept the client agreement once, and you can start.
What does it cost?
Opening the account is free and comes with welcome credits to try our services, and 1 GB of storage free. You pay only for services you request, using prepaid credits (1 credit = ₹1, GST added when you buy credits). Storage above 1 GB is 100 credits per GB per month.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. You can create staff logins as Viewer, Uploader or Manager and choose which properties each person sees. Three staff logins are free; each extra active login is 100 credits a month.
Can I take my documents out if I stop using it?
Yes. You can download any document at any time. If you close the account, your documents remain available to download for 30 days before they are deleted, and unused purchased credits are refunded under our Refund & Credits Policy.
Should I upload my Aadhaar?
Upload masked Aadhaar (only the last four digits visible) unless a service specifically needs the full number.
Do you give legal opinions through the Vault?
You can request one, and our office collects the records. The opinion itself is given and signed by our associated advocate, whose fee is shown separately and billed directly — it is not taken from credits.
